A bladder diary is a very useful tool we can use to determine the type of incontinence you may have and the best way to treat it. To keep a bladder diary, we suggest that you keep track of everything you drink and your corresponding bladder activity for 1 to 2 days. Please be certain to bring your bladder diary to your next office visit.
