Karen has been with WHCSO since 2005. Her duties revolve around scheduling and billing of surgical procedures for our patients. She enjoys painting china, hiking, and growing things: from veggies to fruit trees and flowers.

Liz joined us in January 2009. She is responsible for insurance receivables & resolving payment issues. Liz works with her teammates answering patient billing questions & managing accounts. She enjoys spending time with her family, outdoor activities & leisurely bicycling.

Christy first joined WHCSO in 2002 and then took some time away following the birth of her eldest son. We are very excited to have Christy back on our patient care team. She works with insurance companies to help get procedures authorized for our patients.

Debbie joined us in October 2008. She is the proud mother of "four fabulous kids" and she loves to fish. It's not unusual for her to out-fish her boys! Debbie transitioned from our front office staff to the billing department in April 2010.
